What copywriting services do you offer?
I offer a wide range of services and I am adding to my portfolio and experience all the time. Some of my copy includes:
- Web Copy
- Landing Pages
- Emails and Email sequences
- Product Descriptions
- SEO-optimized Blogs
- Ad copy
- Welcome letters -
I can’t find what I’m looking for on your services page. Can I inquire anyway?
Yes, I encourage you to! I am constantly adding to my resume and experience, and no matter the copy you may be looking for, I can provide clear, concise copy to complement your business.
If you aren’t sure what type of copy you need, feel free to book a consult or fill out the contact form. We can discuss your goals and what you want to achieve and figure out what would best suit your goals. -
Do you provide images and graphics design?
I do not provide graphics design but I can provide you references and resources to help complete your graphic project.
-
How long does it take to complete a project?
There is no “standard” timeline for a project, as every project is unique to the client and your needs. I strive to be conscientious, quick, and efficient in all my projects without sacrificing quality. When you are given a quote it will include a timeline specific to your project.
-
Do you do rush jobs?
If my workload will allow for it, I do take rush jobs and quick turnaround projects. Reach out via the contact sheet or book a consult so we can discuss your needs, your timeline, and pricing.
-
Do you offer ongoing or reoccurring projects?
I very much do. Industries reflect higher engagement and higher lead conversion when your business has regular content and consistent communication. I love opportunities to keep you in your customers’ thoughts and help you rise in web search results through reoccurring copy. Book a consult, let me know your needs, and let’s make this happen!
-
Do you provide free samples?
I do not provide free samples, but am happy to provide portfolio pieces and testimonies from satisfied clients.
-
Do you charge an hourly rate?
I do not charge an hourly rate nor do I charge per word. I find that having a set pricing model allows me to focus on making sure my copy is high quality and well researched. It also allows you as the client to rest assured that the quote you’re given for a piece won’t change on you due to fluctuating word counts.
-
How long is a quote valid for?
Quotes are valid for 30 days. If it’s been longer than a month since we’ve connected, please reach out to see if my workload still has the availability and that our timeline is still workable.
-
I'm ready to start! What do you need from me to move forward with my project?
Once we’ve decided on terms, all that’s left is to sign your project agreement and settle the 50% deposit payment and I’ll begin right away.
-
Do you require me to sign a contract?
Yes I do. Once we have agreed upon the parameters of the project, I will provide an agreement that summarizes the details, timeline, and pricing. Contracts help insure that we have the same expectations and protects both parties.
-
Are you willing to sign an NDA?
There will be a confidentiality clause included in the project agreement but I am happy to sign any additional NDA’s if needed.
-
How will we communicate throughout the project?
We will primarily communicate via email. If meetings are requested or needed, we will use Google Meet.
I primarily use Google Docs as means of delivering your copy, as it simplifies the ability for you to revise and leave comments on the draft itself. If Google Docs is unworkable for you though, I am happy to email your copy to you in Word Doc form.
-
How many revisions can I request?
Projects include 2 rounds of revisions, though complicated or detailed projects may allow for more rounds at our agreed-upon discretion.
-
What is your cancellation policy?
I understand that things happen, circumstances change. Before cancelling completely, I would suggest seeing if a different timeline or adjustments to the project may help.
If you make the decision that cancellation is best for you, please know that the 50% deposit is nonrefundable. This is due to the fact that work has already begun on your project as of the payment of the deposit, including but not limited to research, writing, and content planning. -
What are your payment terms?
All projects require a 50% deposit to initiate work on your project.
Rush projects will be required to be paid in full, as I will have to immediately prioritize your project over others. -
Do you always require a deposit?
In almost all cases, yes.
For long-time clients with a consistent payment history, I am willing to break a payment plan down further or allow full payment upon completion. This will be at my discretion and based on payment history.
-
What types of payment do you accept?
I accept payment through bank draft or PayPal.
